At Bearist, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains when returns and refunds are accepted.

Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@bearist.store. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping is free — we'll provide a prepaid return label or cover the cost of return postage. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Costs
Because we offer free shipping and free returns, there are no shipping charges to refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bearist.store, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any applicable costs.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. All UK orders ship free and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
